對一個普通人,甚至過去是運動白癡的一般人來說,經營運動產業過程中有趣的事情就是,不斷發掘新的需求和領域,也不斷開發新的資源,找到可以完成自己的想法的人一起,於是過程中隊伍越來越長,曾有過的疑惑也一直被回答。舉個例子,肌力訓練對於公司來說,就一直是個還未完整的區塊,不管是觀念上或是實際運作,因此這部份我們對學員的協助一直是零星的。
然而面對高強度的鐵人三項運動,核心肌力的重要性越來越被提起,隨著觀念越來越進步,大致上我們都能了解,一個普通的上班族或家庭主婦,以原來的核心能力,直接開始游泳騎車和跑步,無異於開著一輛車殼結構鬆散的汽車上路,其危險性不可言喻。
即便這些年我們明白,但由於知識和資源的不足,肌力課程一直無法形成一個完整的系列,因此也常被問到:「LEADER課程種類這麼多,為什麼沒有肌力課程?能不能開肌力課程呢?」 坦白說,身為媒體合作關係起家的運動產業,要補強訓練技術核心,需要一段時間去累積,而偏偏核心肌力卻是重要的基礎課題。所幸這兩三年,陸續透過各種合作機緣,和國峰教練、應諾吉教練團以及文彥教練有很多的討論和接觸,慢慢在核心訓練上開始累積一些知識,尤其是針對跑步和游泳。累積一段時日,目前對於相關知識略懂,感謝專業教練們也開始願意長期在LEADER開固定的肌力課程,這對我們來說是一大鼓勵,也是好消息;有機會將正確的核心訓練概念置入常態訓練課程中,幫助更多朋友以更健康的方式訓練,對公司和學員都是非常棒的事! 核心掌管全身的肌肉和動作,然根據運動型態不同,我們依舊暫時先區分為「跑者核心訓練」、「游泳核心訓練」、「自行車核心訓練」。 首先我們第一檔堆出「跑者核心訓練」,由跑團教練團中頗受歡迎的余文彥教練負責課程規劃和指導。 「首先我會利用有趣的方式充新喚起大家的橫膈膜知覺,橫膈膜的功能掌管我們核心能力,但很多人橫膈膜功能已經很微弱,尤其是呼吸很淺、久坐上班族,以及精神緊繃慣於集中壓力在肩頸者。所以我們要練習重新啟動它。」 核心肌力的訓練,就像是我們身體的日常保養,正確的觀念不需要豪華的器材和重訓設備,我們的身體就是最好的負重,歡迎大家在固定時間,和我們一起來訓練核心,為自己做最好的保養,不要再受傷,能夠越運動越輕鬆,越了解自己的身體!
