LEADER科學化技術跑團,在新北市成功服務中永和跑友,已經兩個梯次。 這半年裡,教練與學員教學相成長,對跑步技術的推廣,助益不小。 五月中旬,第二梯次即將結業,夏季概念接下登場;我們將為跑友們規劃新的訓練主題! 常有跑友問,跑步在哪個季節訓練最好? 也有跑友常說,七八月是跑步的淡季…. 其實,如果能掌握自己的訓練節奏,不管任何季節都是訓練的好時機。夏季因為氣候炎熱,通常賽事都會減少,訓練量也跟著降低,但如果能掌握這個季節的特性進行有效率的訓練,將可以在九月賽季展開之初有好的表現。 「夏季其實是進行速度訓練的好時機。」LEADER科學化跑團課程規劃總教練Hank表示,夏季氣候炎熱,一般不做長距離距離,可以進行短距離的速度訓練。 「夏季也適合把訓練路線拉到山林,做山路跑或是山徑練習都很好。」新北團主教練陳士登建議大家。 台北地區四面環山,有相當多優質山坡路線適合練跑,惟坡度訓練除了體能之外,更仰賴好的跑步技術以避免運動傷害,提升上下坡的效率和安全。 夏季,是暫時放開成績,為自己訓練好好打底的好時機,各位跑友,和我們一起跟著技術跑團的教練群,學習好的技術,鍛鍊好的體能,完成一場漂亮的夏季跑步技術訓練新議題吧! ※新北技術跑團本季特色: 1.著重山路跑技巧 2.提高速度訓練比重 3.針對山路跑的肌力訓練
