😎豆教練專業訓練邏輯。 ➤用Roller的不穩定性訓練中軸的穩定度,深層刺激核心,重新教會深層肌群出來工作,校正動作。 ➤不是為穩定而穩定,而是穩定後要延伸至技術訓練。 ➤透過Roller,練習在不穩定的環境訓練身體的穩定度;這對於水中游泳的穩定訓練很重要。 ➤以身體核心為中心點,從短力矩到中力矩到長力矩,慢慢拉長伸展(這部分不理解的可以實際來上課操作會比較清楚)。 ➤過程中會抖是因為還有進步空間,還沒到極限,還沒體驗到什麼是真正的延展。 ➤動作矯正後,身體壓力減少,才不會尋找代償。
📚豆教練給教練的話 1.課表的編排很重要,要為學員做一組動作訓練前,要先引導身體進入可以的狀態。 2.要在正確的位置給予身體訊息,不要身體在不正確的位置時一直刺激,適得其反。 3.恢復時間需要的越長,代表身體的穩定性還不夠,因此每個人都有自己的訓練計劃,訓練時間不是越長越好,要配合強度和恢復時間。
