成人游泳教學該有屬於自己的路! 「臺灣的成人游泳學習必需被正視為一個獨立的教學系統。」 幾年來,燿宇教練維持著初心,在台北深耕成人游泳教學,已經有一些些基礎;自2016年年底開始,感謝台北區域以外業者的陸續邀請和合作,我們從台北往外走,開始有機會對外推廣成人自由式游泳教學與開放水域訓練,前後完成將近十場的教學活動。 過程中特別感謝新竹的鐵馬牧場、林家軍鐵人隊、台中的臺灣鐵人游泳學校對我們的支持和幫助特別多,讓各地系統化的成人游泳和開放水域教學得以順利展開。 成人游泳與鐵人游泳同時並進! 我們在2017年初規劃第一場教學活動,二月底在台中臺灣鐵人游泳學校展開,很快額滿,三月底開班的台北場一樣滿班,燿宇教練剛從澳洲進修,帶回許多新的觀念、對於訓練法的詮釋更完整! 「完整鐵人三項的游泳訓練,包含三個部分,動作技術、訓練(俗稱的間歇),以及開放水域,這三者有其順序,速度與划頻有關,划頻又與動作技術有關。」「速度訓練不光只有操練,必須靠關鍵泳姿和科學化體能訓練方法的課表來結合。」 「游泳沒有門派之分,科學依據才是根本。」 從2017年開始,更多關於游泳學習的整合觀念,台北與台中場後,南部場即將從高雄啟程!
課程內容:
關於自由式的速度提升,在台灣的訓練方式,有些教練強調多練間歇就會快,有些教練則認為泳姿要先調整到位降低水阻,才有可能提升速度;最近也有更新的以「支撐」觀念解釋游泳加速度的原理。每一種說法都是累積數十年的教學和研究而得的經驗累積,都是解釋游泳這樣一個令一般人難以捉摸的運動,非常有幫助的觀念。 燿宇教練自栩並非頂尖游泳選手,在多數經過百役的國家級選手,以及令人尊敬的運動科學家中,成績與學問或無法與之相比,只因對於台灣的成人游泳教學充滿熱忱,在成人游泳教學上的研究時間比一般人要長,經年思考各家說法,持續到國外進修教學系統,同時比照個人超過千名的教學個案,為成人的自由式游泳整理出一個清楚的邏輯。初學者有初學者的教學方法,提升速度有提升速度的訓練模式,唯有先了解每一位學習者的身體條件、人格特質、學習歷程、目前現況以及訓練目標,才能規劃有效率的學習方法,在技術學習和訓練模式做一個好的比重安排,這就是游泳科學化的訓練模式。 本次課程以速度提升為目標,首先先教授進階技術中的關鍵泳姿,這部分會以泳姿攝影輔佐分析;再來提供國際訓練方法中通用的CSS訓練模式,學會以現況預估成績,再以目標回推訓練計畫。 最後以技術、訓練模式的綜合練習,加上長泳為整個訓練課程做一個完整的句點,學員未來可以比照本次的課程為自己安排自主訓練模式,或回到各社團作為團練模式。
