春夏賽季從三月中的IRONMAN70.3開始,光是活水湖就已經完成兩場鐵人賽囉,4/22即將登場的是花蓮洄瀾鐵人三項,再下週則是Challenge Taiwan嘉年華,後者尤其引人注目,和IRONMAN70.3一樣是許多朋友年度重點賽事。
在賽前這段,僅僅剩下的一些時間,我們該怎麼把握才能最有效地練習,又不至於準備過度呢?
在LAVA功率教室擔任專任教練的劉光武,超過六年的鐵人賽事資歷,賽事經驗豐富,對週期化訓練的概念嫻熟,為Challege Taiwan的選手們規劃賽前調整班,總共有三次,主要針對自行車長距離項目,如果有跑步和游泳相關問題,光武教練也歡迎大家提出!
對於賽前該做些什麼感到茫然的朋友,歡迎4/20、4/25、4/27三天,7:00-8:00,到LAVA鐵人學苑功率教室參加光武教練的「CT賽前調整班」。
➤堂數:3堂
➤時間:AM7:00-8:30(主課於8:00結束,8:00-8:30為恢復訓練,有上班時間限制可以先行離場)
➤重點:1.技術訓練與基礎體能建立
2.賽前調整、放鬆
➤費用:非會員NT.450/堂,NT.1200/3堂
