該是從完賽進展到追求速度的時候了!
2014年五月,LEADER與燿宇教練開始合作成人的自由式游泳教學,以及開放水域訓練。這段時間累計服務了將近千名的朋友,對成人自由式初學,或挑戰初鐵的朋友在開放水域訓練的幫助非常大。2017年開始,燿宇教練將調整教學系統內容,提高速度訓練的比重,訓練朋友在順利完賽之外也能有信心為自己訂定進步的目標。
系統的游泳教學各地開花!
這兩年多來,大部分時間我們在台北深耕,2016年年底開始,感謝台北區域以外業者的陸續邀請和合作,我們也開始有機會對外推廣成人自由式游泳教學與開放水域訓練,前後完成將近十場的教學活動。
過程中特別感謝新竹的鐵馬牧場、林家軍鐵人隊、台中的臺灣鐵人游泳學校、高雄的丸鐵運動對我們的支持和幫助特別多,讓各地系統化的成人游泳和開放水域教學得以順利展開。
成人游泳與鐵人游泳同時並進!
我們在2017年初規劃第一場教學活動,二月底在台中臺灣鐵人游泳學校展開,很快額滿,時值燿宇教練剛完成新的進修回國,相信一定有許多新的觀念、對於訓練法的詮釋更完整!
「臺灣的成人游泳學習必需被正視為一個獨立的教學系統。」
「速度訓練不光只有操練,必須靠關鍵泳姿和科學化體能訓練發法的課表的結合。」

從2017年開始,更多關於游泳學習的整合觀念,期待燿宇在市場上的推廣!

➤第一堂3/27 泳姿矯正I (矯正前泳姿攝影→泳姿分析→關鍵泳姿教學)
➤第二場4/03 泳姿矯正II(關鍵泳姿複習→練習與矯正→矯正後泳姿攝影→泳姿分析)
➤第三堂4/10 長距離游泳體能訓練(划頻划距、器材訓練法、測CSS)
➤第四場4/17 綜合練習(技術泳+長距離練習)
